Cleaning Operative
Churchill Support Services are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly reputable business based in the heart of Berkshire, as they look to expand their cleaning team.
PLEASE BE AWARE THIS POSITION IS A NIGHT’S POSITION. AVAILABLE SHIFTS ARE 20:30 – 05:00 AND 20:30 – 07:30.
Main duties include:
- Provide an excellent cleaning service that is always professional and to the highest standards, duties will compromise of the following; mopping and vacuuming, cleaning of offices and utilities areas, as well as adapting duties as per the client’s request
- Comply with all policies and processes
- Adhere and understand Health and Safety processes
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Maintain cleaning equipment, materials, and uniform along with assisting with stock take and ordering when required
Person Specification
- Be highly motivated
- Have an excellent command of the English language
- Have the ability to present themselves in an extremely professional manner
- Have the highest standards of customer care skills
- Be a team player and very customer orientated
