About the role:

We are a specialist net-zero and natural solutions broker, utilising our expert knowledge to guide businesses on their eco-friendly journey.

Our focus extends to helping businesses switch utilities providers, making energy decisions simpler and more cost-effective. Our team of energy consultants is dedicated to maximising your energy contracts’ value, reducing your carbon footprint, and ensuring accurate billing.

Due to ongoing and continued success, we are looking for an experienced and highly competent Business Development Manager to join our team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to existing Churchill Support Services clients to discuss the prospect of switching provider to a net zero solution.
  • Cold calling prospective new clients to introduce our services, develop a relationship and discuss the prospect of them switching to a net zero solution.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to warm leads generated through our website and social media platforms.
  • Consistently meet billing targets to actively contribute to the company’s overall objective.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and market expansion, aligning with the overall organisational objectives.
  • Proactively create new avenues for engagement with potential clients in the B2B sector, focusing on building mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIS).



  • A demonstrated track record of delivering remarkable results in a senior sales position, showcasing your ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Previous experience of shaping and advancing the strategic goals of the team.
  • Profound understanding of the energy sector, including its dynamics, trends, and challenges.
  • A track record of consistently meeting and surpassing Key Performance Indicators
  • Dedication to providing top-tier customer service, understanding client needs, and tailoring solutions to match their unique requirements.
