Bromley Old Town Hall is the latest exciting development by Castleforge Partners that incorporates a flexible workspace, a luxury boutique hotel, and restaurant. The building has been completely renovated, repurposing the vacant courthouse and council chambers into sleek and stylish offices. The building shares its space with a new boutique hotel Brama, offering a luxurious high-end stay in the heart of Bromley – ‘Luxury As You Like It’ – and an exciting British restaurant Dorothy & Marshall.

When Castleforge Partners first set their sights on the premises, it had been a vacant building for some time. There was a great deal of work to do to repurpose the site into the magnificent building it is today.
There were 4 planned stages to the project – opening Clockwise over two separate phases in September 2022, then opening Dorothy & Marshall in November 2022, and finally Brama in May 2023. In each case, the site needed to remain secure to allow final stages of the refurbishment and prevent the theft of expensive equipment.
Due to Bromley Old Town Hall being vacant, it was vulnerable to trespassers, vandals, thieves, and even arsonists who often target such areas. As a result, securing the premises would take a comprehensive, 24/7 security package.
The Bromley Old Town Hall estate management team searched extensively for a security company, and across a highly populated industry, they received recommendation that Churchill Support Services were the premier company for security solutions. They contacted us with their dilemma, and we soon got to work.
Emma Bollard, our operations manager for the south, met with the estate team and outlined the solutions we could provide. Initially, they required a security detail to watch over the estate. Interviews were carried out by Emma, alongside the Estate Manager and House Manager for Brama, giving them the opportunity to outline any specific requirements they needed from our team. This helped reinforce our partnership, and ensure all areas of concern were fully addressed.
As a result, patrol points were set up, ensuring all entries to Bromley Old Town Hall were kept secure. Our SG-licensed security team protected the premises with their typical dedication and professionalism, ensuring complete cover from criminal activity.
While a short-term contract was initially opted for, the three operators were so happy with our service that they wished to extend their contract with us to a long-term basis. As time went on, we came to fulfil even more services for them, such as CCTV monitoring and high-end concierge services.
Emma retained close contact with the Bromley Old Town Hall estate team throughout the provision of services, conducting regular in-person visits to ensure all was running smoothly and security remained watertight.
