    Langley Park was designed and constructed by Laing Homes and just 10 miles from central London and in a sought-after residential area of Beckenham, the award-winning Langley Park development is located in natural surroundings. Construction commenced late in 1998 and the first residents were celebrating Christmas 1999 in their new homes. The final stages were completed in 2004. The development includes 40 acres of open space offering its residents a private and peaceful lifestyle.

    For peace of mind, the development is accessed through a gated, 24 hour manned entrance. Other key areas of the development are also monitored by a CCTV system via the security lodge.

    Due to the current installed access control system having to be opened and closed manually a 24 hour 7 days a week manned gate house is a critical security element. Around the clock security is also vital to maintain a sterile estate thus preventing unauthorised canvassers, vandalism, theft and a host of other criminal/antisocial activities within this high profile environment.

    Churchill Support Services, in a mission to fulfill the resident’s associations requirements, have now implemented several process changes that has improved the security function onsite. These have included the Churchill Support Services security officers having exclusive access and programming of the estates access control fobs. Security officers are now stationed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that security is upheld and that residents can enjoy a safe and secure living environment.

    Our security personnel also put a process in place to notify residents when their parcels and post have arrived. Prior to this, many parcels were going missing, being delivered to the wrong houses and also there were several issues with where post was being left.

    Churchill Support Services’s dedicated security staff have full control of access to the estate, meaning there are no unauthorised personnel. Our security officers are stationed at the gate house 24 hours a day and manually manage the access control system. We have also created a process for notifying residents of their parcels and post being delivered.
